Interested candidates must hold Bachelor of Laws (LL.B – 5 Years/ 3 Years) degree from any recognized University/institute.

Advocate must have a minimum 1 year of practice and maximum ten years practice.

Advocate who have been Oath Commissioner for three times shall not be include in the list.

Advocates who are more than 60 years of age shall be included in the list (Only on the production of age certificate).

If any F.I.R /Complaint has been lodge against the advocate  in the Bar Council of U.P. advocate will be not appointed as Oath Commissioner.

Those Advocate are also not eligible who have or has been retirement and received pension.

Candidates should apply on or before 19 October 2022 between 2.00 to 4.00 pm through speed posts.
